  • 12:30pm – 1:00pm @ MomentOM  (www.momentom.me)
    • A half hour dynamic yoga session designed to give you that much needed midday break. Focusing on breath work, standing sequences and postures that will stretch the body and work the mind to energize you for the rest of your day.

Tuesday

  • 7:30pm – 8:30pm: Community Yoga @ The Jenkintown Library (http://jkl.mclinc.org/programs.html)
    • All-levels vinyasa program with a portion of the proceeds directly benefiting the Jekintown Library

Wednesday

Thursday

Friday (2nd Friday of every month)
